1. Where AI works here

In the studio, AI drafts summaries, triages messages, parses documents and searches project records — it compresses; people decide. On the site, our tools (style quiz, cost check) use AI to interpret your answers into a personal report. AI never approves an invoice, releases a payment, or sends you a message without human confirmation.

2. Imagery

Real photography of real work leads this site. Our rules:

• AI may enhance real photographs: cleanup, restoration, colour. It may never invent a project outcome or present work we didn't deliver as ours.
• While our photo library catches up to our work, some atmosphere images are AI-generated concepts in our design language. Each one is labelled VISUALISATION, and each is queued for replacement by commissioned photography.
• Faces are never synthetically altered or generated.

3. Your data and AI

AI requests run server-side and carry only the data the specific task needs. Under the provider terms we operate on, your data is not used to train their models. Prefer an engagement with AI features off? Ask: hello@truebuild.ae.
