Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms cover truebuild.ae: browsing, our forms, our tools (style quiz, cost check), our resources, and consultations booked through the site. Paid design engagements are governed by their own signed agreement, not this page.

2. Who we are

True Build Design LLC, a Dubai interior architecture, fit-out and design consultancy. Founders: Bushra Khokhar and Tariq Ismail. Contact: hello@truebuild.ae.

3. Using the site

Use it for yourself and your project. Don't scrape it, probe its security, or hammer the tools with automation.

4. Tools, reports and cost figures

Every figure our tools or documents show you is guidance, not a quotation: stated as a range, exclusive of VAT, and superseded by any formal True Build proposal. Real scope, site conditions and vendor pricing move numbers.

5. Consultations

Consultations are booked and paid online at the price shown at booking, and deliver what the consultation page describes. The fee is for the consultation itself; it is not an advance on design fees.

Rescheduling and refunds: reschedule freely up to 24 hours before your session, and once within 24 hours. Full refund up to 48 hours before the session; inside 48 hours preparation has begun, so we reschedule rather than refund. A missed session without notice includes one courtesy reschedule. If we cancel, you receive an immediate full refund.

6. Content and imagery

The site's content, photography and design belong to True Build Design. Project imagery is published under the media terms of the relevant engagement. Reports we generate for you are yours to keep and personal to you.

7. AI

Some content and features are AI-assisted. See the AI Disclosure — it is part of these terms.

8. Liability

The public site and its tools are provided as-is. To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using them. Engagement liability is governed by the engagement agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes heard in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes

We revise these terms when something meaningful changes and note the version above.
